LN Services — User Manual
LN Services is the platform your team uses to manage client-facing legal and compliance services — trademark, copyright, GST, company registration, FSSAI, MSME, and similar filings. It tracks a client from the moment they're onboarded, through the paperwork ("draft") stage, through the case being worked on, to payment and completion.
This manual is written for both audiences at once:
- If you're new to the software, just follow the numbered steps under each page — they tell you exactly what to click and what happens next.
- If you're technical (a developer, or curious about what's happening under the hood), look for the collapsible Technical Notes box under each section — it names the API endpoint and data model involved, so you can trace behavior in the codebase.
Who this manual covers
| Role | Who they are | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Runs the whole platform — manages staff, services, cases, payments, and templates | Admin Guide |
| Employee | Staff who work assigned cases day-to-day | Employee Guide |
| Agent | Onboards clients and earns commission on enrollments | Agent Guide |
| Associate (CA Partner) | Same as Agent, but without commission | Associate Guide |
Every role logs in from the same page and lands on a dashboard tailored to what they're allowed to do. The left sidebar always shows only the sections your role has access to — if you don't see something mentioned here in your own sidebar, it's because your account doesn't have that permission.
How to use this manual
Each chapter follows the same shape:
- What it's for — a one-line summary of the page's purpose.
- Screenshot — a real capture of the page, with the main action button circled and numbered ①.
- Steps — what to click, in order, to do the common task on that page.
- A Technical Notes box (click to expand) for anyone who wants the API/data-model detail.
